Juanita Monoto is the founder of JM Academy, Build Agency SA (a trusted nanny agency), and J. Tech Solutions. She is a passionate entrepreneur driven by excellence and a deep commitment to empowering nannies through education and professional development. With a strong belief that every woman deserves the opportunity to grow and thrive, Juanita equips nannies with the skills they need to land meaningful jobs and build fulfilling careers. Her mission is to create sustainable solutions that impact future generations — not just through job placements, but through lasting transformation.
