  • ✓ Valid South African ID, Passport, or Work Permit (for non-South Africans)
  • ✓ Certified copy of ID (must be stamped, not older than 3 months)
  • ✓ Previous work references (written or contactable)
  • ✓ Police clearance certificate or proof of application
  • ✓ Childcare or domestic work certificates (if available)
  • ✓ Proof of residence
  • ✓ Medical report (only if you're taking chronic medication or monthly pills)

Terms and Conditions

Welcome! By registering and working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Registration and Placement
    • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
    • Submission of all required documents (ID, police clearance, references, etc.) is mandatory.
    • Registration is subject to approval based on qualifications, experience, and background checks.
    • Placement depends on client requirements.
      • We guarantee placement, but cannot guarantee how quickly a job will be found.
      • If you need a job urgently, please note this timeframe is unpredictable.
  2. Service Fee and Payment
    • A once-off service fee will be deducted from your first salary upon successful placement. The service fee covers administrative costs for your placement and ongoing support.
    • Salary payment terms are agreed directly with the employing family. The agency is not responsible for salary disputes between you and the employer.
  3. Code of Conduct
    • You agree to perform your duties professionally, reliably, and with respect for clients and their families. Adapt to family culture and respect them.
    • You must maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
    • Any misconduct, breach of contract, or failure to perform duties may result in termination of your registration.
  4. Training and Development
    • If you participate in agency training programs, fees and schedules will be communicated clearly before enrollment.
    • Completion of certain training may be required for specific placements.
  5. Termination
    • You or the agency may terminate the registration with notice and state the reasons.
    • Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled promptly.
  6. Liability
    • The agency strives to match nannies with suitable families but is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your placement.
    • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary work permits or legal documentation.
  7. Acceptance
    • By registering, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
    • These terms may be updated; you will be notified of any changes.
